“So why you not talking?” asked Anye. “I don’t know, just looking
around-I guess.” Nature said “Oh so do you know anybody yet?” Indie
chimed in. “No, I know a couple of people, but they not on this lunch
period.” Nature said. “Nobody from your middle school came here?” Anye
asked “No, cuz I came from a county school, so er’body went to county
schools.” Nature said. “How bout you Indie?” Nature asked. Indie said,
“Yea my sister go here, but she graduate dis year, so it’s nothing
really special.” “Well my best friend go here, she in our grade and a
lot of people from our middle school came here too.” Anye said
proudly. “Oh.” Nature said.
